Credit Crunch Fatigue

Well I have well and truly had it up to here listening about the 'credit crunch' which of course no one saw coming...(except those who manufactured it and are loving it as the world goes into a massive panic) so let us not indulge them any more, these people who thrive on the energy of fear. Let us break away by concentrating our energy on positiv, uplifting things.

So what can we do?

Well here's what I do:

I'm very selective in watching T.V and never watch the news because if anything happens I'm sure someone will tell me and as soon as you go on the internet you always get the headlines on the home page.

I hardly ever read newspapers except for articles which might be useful for my work. Most newspapers are just full of gossip, lies and downright deceit. Most journalists could not investigate their way out of a paper bag and rely on the 'offical' story they are told and then just repeat it like a parrot.

I look for the beautiful things in nature and in people. There is beauty all around us yet most people never even notice it.

Do a good deed for someone without the need for any reward other than knowing you are helping a fellow traveller on our journey together.

Smile and say hello to people, pay someone a compliment, a genuine compliment LOOK and you will find something. See if you can brighten up the day of that miserable looking shop assistant.

Spend 15 minutes a day in silent contemplation and send out thoughts of love, peace and anything else positive.

There are just a few to be going on with and there are many more. Let's break away from this doom and gloom mentality.

I'd love to hear what you think. Please send a reply back.

Love

Paul
